Warranty Policy
Warranty is provided by the Manufacturer, Supplier, or Distributor. If the product was sold in good working condition, the reseller/vendor is not responsible for defects that may appear later.
• If “Warranty Card Issued” is mentioned on the invoice, customers must ensure they receive the warranty card along with the invoice; otherwise, our Customer Support Centre will not process the warranty.
• The Manufacturer/Supplier/Distributor reserves the right to reject any warranty claim if the original invoice is missing.
• Customers are strongly advised to thoroughly check the product before leaving our counter, as the warranty period begins once the receipt is issued.
• Warranty claims follow the standard process; however, claims will be rejected if the product or any component:
• Is broken, damaged by accident, or shows signs of burning, rust, or weather-related damage.
• Is submitted in improper condition or without the original protective packaging.
• Has a tampered or missing warranty sticker or serial number.
• Warranty does not cover:
• Accidental damage or electrical surges.
• Software support (refer to the manufacturer’s website for software-related issues).
• Power adapters, cables, printer cartridges, toners, and other accessories.
• Replacement or repair of the product/component is at the discretion of the Manufacturer/Supplier/Distributor once the warranty claim is accepted.
• Return or repair duration may take between 3 to 6 weeks.
•Some warranty claims may be accepted on a conditional basis if it is unclear whether the defect is due to manufacturing faults. Approval in such cases is solely at the discretion of the Manufacturer/Supplier/Distributor and may take longer than usual.
• Warranty will not be provided for appearance of dots or dead pixels on LCD or LED screens.
• The Manufacturer reserves the right to update or alter warranty terms and conditions at any time; such changes will be reflected on the official manufacturer or supplier website.
• International Warranty: Customers must register their products directly with the manufacturer. Warranty claims must be handled by the user as per the manufacturer’s instructions.
• Used Hardware: Warranty applies only to initial quality checks. Customers must verify the condition of used hardware before purchase.
• Warranty service is available Monday to Friday during working hours.
• Full warranty coverage applies only if the PC case remains unopened during the warranty period.
• No component additions or removals are allowed without prior approval from the authorized service center during the warranty period.
• If a product is discontinued, the Manufacturer/Supplier/Distributor reserves the right to charge for upgrades to replacement parts. Customers unwilling to upgrade may receive a refund minus applicable deductions.
• Limited Warranty: The first year is covered under free warranty; subsequent years may require paid service.
