Warranty, Exchange And Return

Warranty Coverage:

Computer Care provides warranty support according to the policies set by the respective manufacturer, distributor, or supplier. Customers are advised to carefully review the terms below before submitting any warranty request.


Basic Warranty Information:

  • Warranty protection applies only to factory or manufacturing faults during the stated warranty period.
  • All warranty services are handled under the authority of the manufacturer, supplier, or distributor. As a retailer, we are not accountable for defects that arise after the product has been delivered in proper working condition.
  • If your invoice indicates that a warranty card is included, make sure it is collected at the time of purchase. Claims cannot proceed without it.
  • A valid original sales invoice must be presented when requesting warranty service. Claims without proof of purchase may not be entertained.


Key Conditions:

  • Customers should inspect their purchase before leaving the premises. The warranty period becomes active once the invoice is issued. Any complaints afterward will follow the regular warranty claim process.
  • Warranty service may be declined if the item:
  1. Shows signs of physical damage, burning, corrosion, or exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions.
  2. Is returned without proper packaging or in a neglected condition.
  3. Has an altered, missing, or damaged serial number or warranty seal.
  • Damage caused by accidents, voltage fluctuations, electrical spikes, or software malfunctions is excluded from coverage.
  • External accessories such as chargers, cables, printer ink/toner cartridges, and bundled add-ons are not included in warranty protection.


Claim Handling Procedure:

  • Once approved, the manufacturer or distributor will determine whether the product will be repaired or replaced.
  • The average processing period for warranty cases ranges between 10 to 45 days.
  • If a product model is no longer available, an upgraded version may be offered at an additional cost. Should the customer decline, a partial reimbursement may be considered.
  • Some items are sold under Limited Warranty terms, meaning complimentary service for the first year and paid service for any extended period.


Special Notes:

  • International Warranty: Customers must register their product directly with the brand and coordinate the claim independently.
  • Pre-owned equipment is sold with checking warranty only. Buyers are encouraged to verify functionality at the time of purchase.
  • Desktop PC Warranty: Opening the casing or modifying internal components without prior approval from our service department will cancel the warranty.
  • Display Screens (LCD/LED): Minor screen imperfections such as dead pixels are not covered.

Return & Exchange Policy:

At Computer Care, we focus on delivering reliable computer hardware and accessories. Please read the following guidelines before making your purchase.


Conditions for Return:

A return request will only be accepted if:

  • The request is submitted within 1 days of the purchase date.
  • The product remains sealed, unused, and in brand-new condition with original packaging intact.
  • The item has not been opened, installed, or damaged.

Products failing to meet these standards will not qualify for return.


Non-Returnable Products:

  • Items with opened or broken seals are considered final sale.
  • Products specially arranged or ordered upon customer request (backorders) cannot be returned or exchanged.


Steps to Request a Return:

  • Provide your order reference and proof of transaction.
  • Upon approval, return instructions will be shared.
  • Shipping costs for returning the item will be borne by the customer.


Refund Terms:

  • Refunds will only be processed after inspection of the returned merchandise.
  • The reimbursement will be issued using the same payment method used during purchase.
  • Delivery charges are not refundable.
  • Approval depends strictly on compliance with the stated return conditions.
